Lie down on the bed. Keep two hands on the bed straightly. Get up slowly but don’t move the leg and waist as possible and try to touch the feet. Do it 15 to 30 times. Hold the back side of head and move up from floor. Move up two legs slowly as possible. Do it total of 15 to 30 times.

Hold the back side of head again. Hand will stay slight front. Then try to touch right hand by left leg and left hand by right leg. Do it 15 to 30 times, too.
