Our life is impatient in the summer. Many people become sick for the excessive sunlight, warm heat and load-shedding. We come out with fresh face but after sometime we lost the animal spirit. We do some special activities in the morning for animate in the summer. We should make habit of some activities of morning for get serenity in the whole day. Tie your hair at the time of summer. You feel uneasy if your hair is on your shoulder. With that sweat is harmful for the hair in the excessive heat. So polite and benny is better in this time. But dry the hair before tie your hair.
Wear a thin cotton cloth
At the time of go out, you can wear a thin cotton cloth in the summer. If you wear a synthetic cloth then you found some skin problem in this time. The sweat becomes more with that. S0 you should wear a thin cotton cloth in the summer. Give priority to the light color of color of the cloth during the summer.
