More energy stored in the body at the day of winter. So it is a good for exercise. The inactivity, idleness will remove and the speed of work comes back. On the other hand, disease resistance of body will increase for physical exercise. That’s why the disease like cold, fever and allergy cannot enter in the body easily. So there is no option without exercise to enjoy the winter.
Wear jersey shirt with trouser at the time of exercise in the morning or evening in the winter. Wear appropriate shoe for exercise. You can take a towel at the time of exercise. Wipe the extra sweat. Water can come out with sweat from body for physical exercise. So drink enough water.
Walk for 20 to 30 minutes in every morning or evening. Cycling is a good exercise for keep the body healthy and weight loss. You can do skipping rope or jump rope. But if you have a physical problem then take advise from doctor.
Stand straightly and spread two hands on both sides. Start to rotate the hands on the front. Do it for 10 times. Then rotate the hands on the back side in the same manner. Spread two hands on two sides. Try to touch left leg by right hand and right leg by left hand as fast as possible. Do it 50 times.
Stand straightly and hold two hands on the head. Then lean forward and try to touch the foot. Do it 25 times. Do it 25 more when it will complete.
Lie down on the bed. Keep two hands on the bed straightly. Get up slowly but don’t move the leg and waist as possible and try to touch the feet. Do it 15 to 30 times. Hold the back side of head and move up from floor. Move up two legs slowly as possible. Do it total of 15 to 30 times.
Hold the back side of head again. Hand will stay slight front. Then try to touch right hand by left leg and left hand by right leg. Do it 15 to 30 times, too.
